Thanks for taking the time to swing by Booth #6225 for a SuccessFactors demo, share ideas with us after sessions, celebrate our AI-agent win, getting to know our customers over dinner, and for making memories with us at Resorts World and the Fountainebleu. ![group booth pic](https://info.syntax.com/hs-fs/hubfs/group%20booth%20pic.png?width=800&height=446&name=group%20booth%20pic.png "group booth pic") ### Syntax's Key SAP Connect Insights ### SAP packed a lot of news into Connect. Here's the short version: - **Workforce Planning Assistant** forecasts hiring, reskilling and contractor needs from HR and finance data. Early adopter access starts in Q4. - **Agentic benefits console (US)** flags enrollment errors in one place. General availability is planned for Q4. - **Benefits decision support** recommends coverage to employees. It’s planned for Q1 2027. - **AI-built courses in SuccessFactors Learning** (via WalkMe) arrive in December. - **Joule Work** lets you ask in plain language and get tasks done across SAP and non-SAP data. - **SAP Pay** handles payments and reconciliation inside Cloud ERP, with fewer handoffs between finance, treasury and the bank. - **AI agents** now cover finance, spend, HR and supply chain. Agents handle the routine steps, and people keep the approvals.
